Appetite for Success
Kedarix is a company that is rapidly spreading its wings. Under the leadership of Ms Agnieszka Szewczyk, Kedarix has not only become a recognizable brand, but was also granted the Made in Poland 2022 Award at the 3rd Made in Poland Congress in Berlin.

What is Kedarix focusing on in the near future?
In the last couple of months we have spent more and more time on new products for a growing customer base. We also focus on developing co-operation with the Kraków universities. As we know, current students are future human resources for our company, so having impact on their education we will secure properly qualified personnel in the future. At the moment we have planned talks with the Stanislaw Staszic Academy of Mining and Metallurgy in Kraków, but we would also like to launch talks with the Silesian universities. At the end of this year we will also take time to prepare some investment projects. We are waiting for the programmes developed by the consulting companies that assist us in raising project finance – it is a long and laborious process, but hopefully it will pay off in the future with even superior performance of the company. We used the summer holidays to get ready for this process in terms of major overhauls of our machinery base. In addition, we want to focus on the sales of our products in other markets. We have recently launched our website, that offers our customers in UK and Germany an opportunity to purchase our products online.
Please tell us more about the new products in your offer….
In September, new injection moulds for products will be delivered to our manufacturing plants, so we will be able to launch mass production. The products will be fully made with us in Poland, so we will avoid importing products from Turkey or China. This will be highly convenient for us and our customers.
Could you please sum up the closed H1 of the year?
The past six months can be perfectly summed up by the word „development.” It was a very intense time for us, which resulted in loads of new experience and people met. It reaffirmed my belief that you can’t stand still if you want to be successful. Thanks to this, we were able to consolidate our brand in the market. Since the beginning of the year, we have put loads of work to be recognizable and to solidify our name in the minds of customers, and I must admit that we have succeeded. For some time new customers have been calling us with inquiries, which makes us very happy. We have also successfully completed the ISO TUV certification process. All this has led to establishing cooperation with new suppliers. In order to make our work easier, we have also started to be more eco-friendly. Therefore, for some time now, our company has been supported by a photovoltaic farm, which provides us with green energy. In conclusion, it should be also noted that we have been the winners of a couple of awards including the Made in Poland 2022 award.
How did you manage to make Kedarix a recognizable brand over such a short period of time?
We focused our major efforts on improving our website and, more specifically, on developing new tabs in foreign languages. In this manner, we opened ourselves up to contacts and cooperation with the foreign market players, which we were very keen on. We also focused on promotion in the national media to reach a wider audience. Our presence at various trade fairs and business events also helped us establish new contacts.
What our your plans for the future?
Since September, our cooperation between business and science, i.e. the already mentioned cooperation with the Kraków universities, has been underway. We are also planning additional training for our personnel. This is necessary – if we want to further develop our products and introduce new ones as a company. We are also starting work with injection moulding and new moulds in the fall. In addition, we are getting ready to renovate our production room. The end of the year is also a time full of various meetings, congresses and galas. One of them is the 9th Edition of the Polish Entrepreneurship Congress in Kraków, which I will attend as a keynote speaker on the Polish Success Story panel. In conclusion, we would like to focus on further promotion in order to retain our market position. We have an endless appetite for success.
