Kedarix Technical Seal Company specializes in the manufacturing of technical seals by mould and Seal-Jet methods. In June this year, the Company was awarded the Made In Poland Award at the 3rd Made in Poland Congress in Berlin. Agnieszka Szewczyk, the Company’s owner, talks about the success.
What is the Made In Poland Prize for you?
Agnieszka Szewczyk: First and foremost the prize motivates us to development further our company. We do not want to rest on our laurels, so today’s success comes involves a lot of work in the future. The award shows, first of all, the efforts put into resilient activities and development of the company, and we are glad that this effort is not in vain. It is worthwhile to pursue your own goals without looking at the opinions of others. That’s why events like this are so important for the Polish businessmen. Being a woman in a man’s business myself, I appreciate these types of meetings, because this is when I can show myself and my work to a wider audience, and this is something to boast of.
Is it hard to satisfy customer needs these days?
Agnieszka Szewczyk: Not necessarily, although it is true that year by year the customers are becoming more and more demanding, for instance, on product quality. On the other hand, this problem disappears when our work and everything we do for the customers becomes our passion. With a wide range of services, we are able to meet even the most discerning customers. We listen to the requests and suggestions of our partners, which gives us an opportunity for continuous development.
