Colombia (Filter Roast) Single Origin Coffee reusable cups The secret is the mixColombia (Filter Roast) Single Origin Coffee Our Colombian coffee beans are a Merlo classic, and they're now available as a light (or filter) roast. During the roasting process, coffee beans lose moisture and begin to expand and crack. Typically, the beans will crack twice, but in the case of our Colombian Light Roast, the roast is stopped just before the 'second crack'. This brings out the fruity notes and results in a brighter tasting coffee which
