Rime Craft Distillers River Mentana Gin Venetian Dry 2010 Ageing: 7 years on theType: Italian Gin Alcohol content: 42% River Mentana Venetian Dry Gin is distilled using as its sole botanical a blend of wild junipers growing around 400 meters in altitude on the hills of the left Piave, and high altitude junipers from the Gran Bosco da Reme of Venice. What also characterizes this gin is the alcohol used, produced from a special wheat cultivated near the Venice lagoon called Mentana, an ancient, fragrant, and creamy wheat with a
